The Empire Restaurant - After a fun day at sea, nothing hits the spot like a delicious dinner, and that is exactly what awaits you at the elegant Empire Restaurant. Delectable international favorites such as Beef Wellington and Duck a l'Orange are served alongside more exotic entrees like venison, squab, and lobster. Seating Times: 7:45am-9am; 12-1:30pm; 5:45pm-8:30pm Dress: Smart Casual Dress Attire, on formal evenings, formal dress is required. Shorts and swimwear are not permitted.
